Directs the planning, implementation, and administration of all essential elements of a comprehensive annual fund program, including fundraising (earned and contributed revenue), stewardship, benefit assignment and fulfillment, member events and hospitality, constituent boards, and staff supervision.

ResponsibilitiesLead fundraising and stewardship efforts of the Crimson Club annual giving programMaintain comprehensive development program that generates financial support for the mission of Utah Athletics to best position student-athletes to excel in the classroom, competition, and the communityDirect solicitation efforts for annual fund comprised of scholarship seating obligations tied to season tickets and philanthropic gifts to the Crimson Club Excellence FundConduct donor visits for the purposes of qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardshipOversee fulfillment of benefits for Crimson Club members at all membership levelsWork closely with Major Gifts staff to identify prospects and support capital and special projectsCollaborate with athletics external and other campus units to maximize member experienceOversee donor stewardship program, including but not limited to thank you lettersEnsure seamless integration with the Ticket Office for unified member experienceParticipate in planning and execution of Crimson Club event program, including donor events and game day hospitality programThis job description is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.

Minimum QualificationsAbility to see big picture and effectively delegate to execute visionAbility to collaborate across functional unitsExperience in a fundraising or nonprofit setting and a strong understanding of fundraising processExperience interacting with donors, and proven ability to secure giftsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office productsExperience managing a database within ticketing platforms such as AXS, Ticketmaster, PaciolanCRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Public Relations, English, or a related field, or equivalency; three years experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, business, public relations, annual, corporate or foundation givingApplicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
