The EH&S Inspector - Remediation Operations is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a water intrusion and/or mold event for ICAC. They will conduct an initial damage assessment to create a scope of work for repairs. This role qualifies damage and initiates critical paths in the Environmental Health & Safety department aimed at the successful remediation and repair of damages through developing scopes of work. Ensures regulatory compliance in accordance with industry standards and mitigates risk for the organization by delivering superb quality and thoroughness.Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Education & Experience:High School Diploma3+ years of experience in Emergency Restoration or Mold Remediation Services; 2+ years as a Project ManagerOther:IICRC Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Applied Structural Drying Technician or Commercial Drying Specialist, IICRC Mold Remediation Technician - or - Verifiable equivalent industry training and experience.Travel required (75%)May need to be available on-call for after-hours emergencies.Valid driver’s license; valid vehicle insuranceThis role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.Compensation:Base Pay Range: $72,900.00 - $89,600.00Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.The Company also offers competitive benefits for full-time employees including paid time off, matching 401(k), and health benefits.
