Join us!About the RoleWe’re searching for a passionate and experienced product designer to join Anza. You’ll be the lead in a team that creates engaging user experiences for our customers, with the aim of creating a seamless experience across all our products. You will ensure strategic, bold, thoughtful, and detail-oriented user experience design that solves client challenges to meet business outcomes. We’re seeking candidates who are comfortable in a fast-moving organization and ambiguous problem spaces. You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers, QA engineers, and product managers to build innovative software solutions.This is a Hybrid position, and will require commuting to San Francisco area 2-3 times a weekPosition responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Design and deliver user-centered interfaces and prototypes that cater to the diverse needs of our customersCreate and establish a design system from scratch, collaborating with engineering on custom components across the platformAdvocate for design best practices and own the overall aesthetic of Anza’s technologiesCollaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement innovative solutionsEstablish and uphold design guidelines, best practices, and standardsDesign wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site mapsWhile no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, or any related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience as a UI/UX DesignerProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVisionExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionStrong portfolio demonstrating your design skillsCompensation & BenefitsAnza uses an internally equitable and externally competitive total cash approach to compensation.
