This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, efficiency and consistency of Peel Wood Fired Pizza at all times. At all times of FOH staff manager must be available on the dining floor to oversee the work being performed by the FOH staff and leading by example.
Responsible for weekly ordering of Alcoholic Beverages from DistributorsResponsible for creating a fun and relevant craft cocktail menuResponsible for weekly Bar schedulesAll New Hire Paperwork / TrainingResponsible for hourly employee filesResponsible for training and new hiresMaintain and audit the Food Safety CertificatesResponsible for department FOH staffing levelsSales Building - work with GM on developing ways to build sales through contest, training, events, specials, marketing ideasManage Training Team with Bi-Monthly MeetingsStaff EvaluationsResponsible all Employee sales contest and staff incentivesResponsible for weekly ordering of Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Pepsi, tea & coffee) from DistributorsPerks of the job:
