NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Executive for our Toys division. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and driving sales performance. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our products meet market demands and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts in the toy industry.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to create compelling product offerings.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase our products and build network connections.Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets by effectively managing your accounts.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to develop innovative sales strategies and drive new business.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.Willingness to travel as needed for business engagements.BenefitsCompetitive compensation packagesMedical, Dental, Vision, FSARetirement Savings Plan MatchSummer FridaysDiscounts and More!Annual Salary $90,000 - 100,000The offered salary for this position will vary based on role requirements determined by NYC Alliance, skill set and years of experience.
