Business Systems Analyst - Global Transactional Banking (TS06)
for a top-tier US Brokerage Firm.
Essential Responsibilities
:
Lead and manage the development and enhancement of the Corporate Treasury Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Lead and support the development and implementation of a Corporate Treasury Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.Utilise comprehensive knowledge of the Finacle data model and APIs to design and optimize workflows, ensuring efficient data flow and system integration.Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications and system design documents.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and business units, to gather and prioritize requirements.Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of the platform, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.Essential Requirements
:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Systems Analysis, preferably within the financial services sector.Strong understanding of Global Transaction Banking, including payment systems, cash management, trade finance, and corporate treasury functions.Proficient in Finacle data model, APIs, and workflow management. Familiarity with other banking systems and technologies is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSBA) are a plus.Preferred Skills

Experience in large-scale platform implementations within the financial services domain.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to global transaction banking.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
