Analysis of customer needs and research on a variety of services.Data analysis of deferent, large, and complex data sources.The formulation of problem statements for the identification of opportunities for service delivery improvements.The identification of data backed Personas associated with services and value streams.Analysis of implemented opportunities to assess their impact on service delivery improvements or increase of customer satisfaction.Support of organizational changes that are required to improve service delivery.Strong communication skills, comfort in public speaking and briefing.Out of the box problem solving.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
A Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Computer science or Information TechnologyFive (5) years of proven experience in data analysis, data collection, and data presentation, involving large, complex systems.Five (5) years of proven experience in data visualization.Five (5) years of proven experience in data backed decisions that drives organizational change.Proven experience in understanding issues, their associated root cause (the "why" behind the data), and the ability to clearly articulate them to others.Proven experience correlating data to customer needs to derive positive change.Understanding concepts of Customer Centric thinking when analyzing User Experience to derive positive change.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust hold an active SecretClearanceExperience in any of the following is a plus: SAFe/Agile experience; ServiceNow experience; UiPath or the equivalent Automation experience; Organizational Change experience; Predictive analysis experience

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
