We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and promotional activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the event planning industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the coordination of event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.Help maintain communication with vendors, clients, and staff before and during events.Provide on-site support during events, such as managing registration, guest services, and troubleshooting issues.Conduct research on venues, vendors, and event services as needed.Maintain event databases, schedules, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time.Assist with the post-event evaluation, including collecting feedback and compiling reports.Help with administrative tasks such as answering emails, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with event management software is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Positive attitude and a strong team player.
