About the Position:
Monitor and support process compliance of development teams.Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates options and makes sound design recommendations for product development or enhancement.Prepares reports and technical specifications.Assists with project management and scheduling of customer requirements.Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards requirements.Utilizes Six Sigma and other statistical methods for problem solving and process improvement.About You:
Highly motivated individual.Completed studies in materials science, electrical engineering, or comparable.At least 5 years of professional experience in quality or process, preferably in the semiconductor industry.Semiconductor reliability and test knowledge (AEC-Q100, JEDEC & IEC standards)Background in automotive & medical standards is a plus.Detail-oriented and team-oriented. Experience working with multicultural teams is a plus.
