In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Littelfuse is seeking a dynamic Distribution Sales Manager to join our growing team!About the Job:Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areasSupport and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the regionPrimary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors in order to gain maximum mind shareEstablish and execute on mutual growth objectives with distributors driven by effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), marketing programs and inventory investment Link sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and salesResponsible for: quotation support and follow upinput on key regional inventory requirementsConduct Quarterly Business Reviews with focus distributors.Plan and conduct regular distribution product trainings.Coordinate and implement sales incentives and promotions for regional distribution business.Create, track, and follow up with LF and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programsSupport and maintain LF's Distributor Registration program.Maintain a regular call frequency at all regional core distributors.About YouBachelor or University Degree5+ years of Electronics Industry experienceThe ability to maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams, local Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Technical Marketing, Marcom and Corporate functionsSalary Range:(Min-Max)The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
