Client Relations Internship Program\u00A0

The Role

Client Relations: Supercharge your early career and growth at Fidelity with personalized support, knowledgeable career guides and celebration of your achievements, while learning about Fidelity and building skills and experiences. In this role, you will be a front facing-client intern. You'll be job shadowing other associates listening on phone calls and start taking calls on your own as we help you build confidence and get the customer facing experience in real time. Engage in dedicated time each week to connect and refuel by completing individual/group tasks & projects, networking with colleagues, and building client relationships. This internship could lead into sales or customer service full time roles, such as the Investment Sales Associate role, Customer Relationship Advocate role, and Workplace Planning Associate.\u00A0\u00A0

  • Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people and ensure an excellent customer experience through a phone interaction.\u00A0

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year. \u00A0

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. \u00A0\u00A0

Fidelity's working model
