The Role

Seeking students studying actuarial science or quantitative finance who are analytical and enjoy problem solving. The Intern Consultant works with Senior Associates Consultants to provide advice to clients regarding their benefit programs with an initial emphasis in defined benefit plans. We work with you to develop their financial, business, and consultative skills. Your career path could range from a pension actuarial focus to a broad client strategy role, guiding finance, and human resource executives regarding their retirement, health and welfare, and employee communication needs.\u00A0

  • Mathematics, Actuarial Science or quantitative subject major preferred\u00A0

  • Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills\u00A0

Fidelity's working model
