Watermark Retirement Communities, one of the country’s leaders in senior housing, has a very unique opportunity for the person that not only has a proven track record in developing associates, but a person that will drive associate engagement, embraces a culture of coaching and mentoring, and possesses exceptional knowledge of human resources generalist and payroll skills.

For us, the right person will have a minimum of 5 years in a Human Resource leadership role with a specialty in driving engagement, recruiting, and developing existing talent, and the ability to identify and develop plans around breakdowns. A background in senior housing is a definite plus!

In this role, we are looking for the person that will oversee and further develop our onboarding process, orientation program, and play a key role in assuring the Watermark Culture is not only created in all those areas but is very present and obvious in every Watermark Community.
