Watermark Retirement Communities, one of the country’s leaders in senior housing, has a unique opportunity for a person that has a proven track record in developing associates, driving engagement, embracing a culture of coaching and mentoring, and possesses exceptional knowledge of human resources generalist and payroll skills.
For us, the right person will have a minimum of 5 years in a Human Resource leadership role with a specialty in driving engagement, recruiting, and developing existing talent, along with the ability to identify and develop plans around breakdowns. A background in senior housing is a definite plus!
In this role, we are looking for someone to oversee and further develop our onboarding process and orientation program, playing a key role in ensuring the Watermark Culture is not only created in all those areas but is very present and obvious in every Watermark Community.
