Watermark Retirement Communities, one of the country’s leaders in senior housing, has a very unique opportunity for the person that not only has a proven track record in developing associates, but a person that will drive associate engagement, embraces a culture of coaching and mentoring, and possesses an exceptional knowledge of human resources generalist and payroll skills.

For us, the right person will have a minimum of 5 years in a Human Resource leadership role with a specialty in driving engagement, recruiting, and developing existing talent, and the ability to identify and develop plans around breakdowns. A background in senior housing is a definite plus!

In this role, we are looking for the person that will oversee and further develop our onboarding process, orientation program, and play a key role in assuring the Watermark Culture is not only created in all those areas but is very present and obvious in every Watermark Community.

What you will need for this position:

Degree in Human Resources or related field

Strong Human Resource Generalist Background

Proven skills as a coach, trainer, and mentor

Up to date on labor laws

Excellent communication skills

Proven leader
