BSSP is looking for an outstanding Senior Integrated Producer to join our team. Integrated - What does that mean here? For us, it’s having the ability to crush a broadcast shoot, as well as print shoots, and whatever else might be thrown your way. You’re a problem solver, no matter what the problem is.You will work in collaboration with a team of industry leaders who are dead-set on being innovative and having a good time doing it. You’re equally comfortable taking on a $1mm+ broadcast commercial production as you are building a website for a CPG brand, or creating an inexpensive series of static social assets.We have clients in industries ranging from Sports/Gaming, Health/Wellness and CPG.Responsibilities
Manage multiple integrated campaigns (web, social, digital, TV, print) simultaneously from concept to completion.Develop creative concepts into well-defined deliverables. Coordinate the efforts of various client/agency team and external vendor partners (strategy, creative, technology, media, analytics and production).Maintain relationships with external production partners (Executive Producers, Directors, Reps).Work in partnership with Client and Agency teams to define the project scope and objectives.Work closely with creative teams to determine best production partners for projects.Deep experience in working directly with Prod Co’s, Directors, Editors, VFX, Music Houses, Photographers, Retouchers, etc. Leading and interfacing with Creatives, Account Teams, Finance and Project Managers on various aspects of the production process.Forecasting issues and concerns with teams and clients before problems arise. Bidding external resources. Developing workback schedules. Develop detailed project plans, scopes of work and assess risks.Maintain status reports, meeting reports and task lists. Lead internal and external client-facing meetings and conference calls.Qualifications
6-8+ years of managing content productions in an agency environment.Adept at managing production budgets of $20k-$1million+. Broadcast production experience.Experience working with talent and labor unions and associations (AICP, AICE, DGA, SAG, etc.).Experience with business affairs and talent negotiation.Practical knowledge of project management tools, best practices and methodologies. Confident in ballpark estimating. Hands-on experience with asset management tools and best practices.
$95,000 - $125,000 a year
Compensation based on skill set, location and years experience.
Ideally, we want this position based in the Bay Area and coming to our office in Sausalito 3 days week. This position must be West Coast based.
