Job SummaryThe Senior ERP Functional Analyst in Finance IS (Information Systems) is part of a team that assesses, implements, and administers the Finance department's suite of software and automation solutions. Reporting to the Director of Finance IS and Innovation, this role is responsible for the functional maintenance and configuration of the Finance department's suite of software systems and plays a key role in system and business process improvements.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:This is a mid-level position with the requirement to administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Operations and Supply Chain functional configuration and end-user support duties include, but are not limited to:Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system administration and capabilities:Functional setup and configuration of D365, across various modules.Process and functional maintenance activities in D365 and ancillary systems.Maintenance of D365 Workflows.Functional design documentation for appropriate security roles in financial software systems.D365 Service Updates, new features and functionality review, including smoke testing and end-user support.Other tasks as needed.Financial system administration and capabilities:Consistency of financial information and meta data in all Finance ancillary systems and D365.Training of end-users, including generating training documentation and conducting training sessions.Triage functional resolution of D365 and financial systems' end-user issues submitted in the ticketing system.Forward technical issues to managed services team and follow-up for resolution.Process improvements:Implementation participation of leading practices in D365, including documentation of configuration and end-user training updates.Business process improvement initiatives participation, including, but not limited to, Procurement and Sourcing, Supply Chain/MRP, Project Management and Accounting, and automation of system processes.Configuration documentation and functional design documentation.End-user training documentation for D365 and ancillary systems.Other tasks as needed.Corporate policies and SOX controls:SOX 404 ITGC controls participation across all Enterprise Information Systems.Gather evidence and assist in the preparation of SOX 404 review documentation.Other tasks as assigned.Non-Essential Duties & Responsibilities:N/ASupervisory Responsibilities:N/AKnowledge & Other Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in information systems or business administration is preferred.4+ years minimum relevant work experience required.Thorough understanding of financial systems and experience in ERP system implementation is preferred.Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O functional configuration is required.Experience with Procurement and Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, Organization Administration, and System Administration modules in D365 is preferred.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain self-study and certifications will be required and supported by Supernus. Supernus will fund training and certification costs, as well as provide work hours for study and examinations.Strong communication skills (written and oral) and a demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions.Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel required.Ability to create visual representation of business processes using swim lane diagrams, business process flows, data flows, functional breakdown structures, etc.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities or deadlines.Exercises superior judgment and works independently with minimal supervision.Fit with Supernus values and culture.Other Characteristics:A proven ability to work with minimal supervision.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or carrying objects.
