Position Summary:The Manager at MSP Airport is the management leader for OTG; this position is to assist in being responsible for all day-to-day concept operations and the training of newly hired assistant managers while achieving operational excellence. This includes Front of the House, Back of the House staffing, development and training, food quality presentation, guest services, and the maintenance of all policies and procedures in the restaurant and retail markets. The Manager is accountable for business and training results in support of operational goals and for supporting assistant managers, Crewmembers, and newly hired Crewmembers in implementing training and ensuring validation occurs and achieving established key performance indicators.Responsibilities:

Promotes an attitude of pride, cooperation, and success in the unit and with all CrewmembersProvides leadership to the Crewmembers and newly hired Crewmembers in the UnitDirects the assistant managers and Crewmembers to achieve company standardsEstablish and maintain the highest standards for food & beverage quality and customer serviceAccountable for Crewmembers and newly hired Crewmembers to achieve established goals and training pathsAccountable for successful onboarding of new hourly crew members ensuring they have the tools and support necessary to be successful and reduce turnoverOversee the administration and validation process for all newly hired CrewmemberDirects the team toward achieving the Unit's service and financial goalsMaintains a positive work environment for management team and all CrewmembersProvides a workplace free from hazards, following all safety policies set forth by the company, and conforming to any laws and regulations related to the workplaceResponsible for corrective actions for Coyle and NSF auditsAble to use the crewmember handbook and CBA to understand OTG policies and procedures. Communicate them with consistencyQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in hospitality or culinary field is preferredMinimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in restaurants or retail- preferably overseeing multi-unit conceptsProficient knowledge of P&L budgeting and forecastingExperience with P&L Analysis is a mustExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditionsOTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and employer.
