It's the perfect work/life combination.Job Description:Being a leader in Guest Services will bring pride and fulfillment as you organize the daily events and lead a team of Guest Service professionals.Starting Rate:

$25.30 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years, the pay rate for this role would be $32.05.Job Duties Include:Be knowledgeable in all emergency and general crisis procedures.Handle all guest concerns and comments both in person and in writing, with an ability to identify and rectify any concerns.Liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth management of operations.Train colleagues in all aspects of Guest Services, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Complete and maintain ongoing performance management and performance reviews as required.Help ensure a high staff morale through participation in staff activities, monthly communication meetings encouraging feedback from all colleagues.Seek feedback to ensure guest satisfaction and monitor trends and ideas.Other duties as assigned.Your Skills & Qualifications:Must have a Class 5 Driver License in good standing, 5-year driver’s abstract dated within 30 days.
