Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fine dining restaurant, from kitchen operations to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve excellence.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining, and bar operations.Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.Develop and implement menus and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.Supervise and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers.Manage inventory levels and maintain efficient ordering processes.Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and supplies.Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.Supervise and train bartenders and servers to deliver exceptional customer service.Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.Coordinate with hotel management to ensure seamless service for guests.Experience:3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining setting.Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing staff productivity.Experience with inventory management and cost control.Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.Experience in managing and supervising a team of kitchen and dining staff.Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen management and food production.Experience working in a hotel or resort setting.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.Strong leadership and communication skills.Job Type:
