A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their Education Practice Group in Parsippany, NJ. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research, and oral communication skills, as well as superior client communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of education law is a plus. The role involves litigating on behalf of clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice.Key Responsibilities:

Litigate on behalf of clients in various legal matters, including education-related cases.Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring effective representation and resolution of legal issues.Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation and education law.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.Manage legal administrative tasks, including case management and documentation.Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on education law.Must be admitted to practice law in New Jersey.Excellent writing, research, and oral communication skills.Superior client communication and organizational abilities.Experience with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis is preferred.Strong legal administrative skills and attention to detail.Ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong academic performance with relevant coursework in litigation and education law.Certifications:

Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.Skills:

Exceptional writing and legal drafting abilities.Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective negotiation and client advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities efficiently.Knowledge of education law is a plus.
