The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) is primarily responsible for partnering with business leaders across the VCC organization to use data to drive decision-making. The SBA will proactively lead efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to inform leadership of results, and will further initiate product/sales analysis with various stakeholders as appropriate. The goal is to help the Product, Sales, and Operations teams run more effectively and efficiently through data analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and special projects. In essence, the SBA will serve as the "single source of truth" for all sales/product data and related analyses.

Responsibilities:Partner with the Enterprise Data Management team on data quality and data field development initiatives.Define and execute an enterprise Power BI reporting strategy, including dashboard design, data modeling, and user adoption initiatives.Enhance data ‘self-service’ capabilities across the organization.Implement reporting automation processes to streamline data extraction, transformation, and dissemination.Become an expert and go-to resource for process flows and operational data as it relates to the business.Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Sales management to develop actionable performance dashboards across the organization.Collaborate cross-functionally to improve and maintain data integrity.Drive reporting consistency across the “wholesale” and “retail” organizations to ensure full product and organizational alignment.Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule as determined by manager.Support and exhibit the Visual Comfort & Co Core Values.Requirements:Graduate of a college or university accredited by the United States Department of Education with a bachelor’s degree in either Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.3 to 5 years of full-time experience as a Business or Financial Analyst.Advanced Excel skills and intermediate Power BI skills are essential - including, but not limited to: advanced pivots, multiple nested SUMIFs statements, Power Pivot, creating and recording macros.Must have experience analyzing and transforming large amounts of various types of data across various functional areas.Previous experience presenting findings across all levels of the organization, including executive teams.Prior experience working with confidential information is expected.Prior experience working remotely without in-person supervision is a plus.Proven willingness to go above and beyond by working after normal business hours and during weekends as needed.We Provide:Competitive Compensation Package.Company provided Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.401(k) Employer Match.Paid Time Off Programs.Comprehensive Benefits Package.Team Member discounts on Visual Comfort Products.
