Requirements:
Candidates for consideration require a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field AND two years of experience working with chronically mentally ill population. Must have current driving license and vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Provides mental health and crisis intervention supports to individuals.Works collaboratively and engages individuals to manage and de-escalate crises in the least invasive manner possible to ensure safety.Collaboratively develops and assists in implementation of crisis safety plans.Provides mental health referrals and linkages as appropriate during service provision.Offers and provides follow-up services to utilizers presenting with crises.Completion of required documentation within established timeframes.Use of an Electronic Client Record, call management software, and chat/text management software.
