Juniper Services is seeking an experienced Director of Recruiting/ Human Resources with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient and aligned with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate needs to be an exceptional strategist with strong organizational skills that knows how to develop and incorporate processes that accelerate business growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:RecruitingDevelop innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates and facilitate all aspects of the recruiting process.Effectively manage outside recruiting resources to expedite hiring for time-urgent or highly specialized positions; i.e. Doctors and Hygienists.Source candidates through direct outreach to local talent pool utilizing LinkedIn and other professional sites.Expand our participation in networking, recruiting and hiring events.Assess and improve all aspects of the candidate review process including phone screening of candidates, interviewing scheduling & techniques, candidate selection and background/ reference checks.Monitor the performance of our recruiting programs using various KPIs, such as cost per hire, turnover rates, and time to hire.Human ResourcesProvide leadership in developing strategies for developing workforce plans, performance management, talent development, succession planning and employee relations.Provide counsel on employee relations strategy, including investigation of issues, state/federal programs and compliance with legal requirements, disciplinary actions, development, and coaching support.In coordination with CEO & Director of Finance, develop and implement corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc.Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics specifically:-Selection and Implementation of HRIS systems/ Solutions- HR Compliance requirements for current & future states to safeguard the company- Develop strategy for internal versus external resources for Practice HR support including legal guidanceEstablish goals and objectives for the department & provide updates to senior management on these goals by analyzing data and using HR metrics.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations in NV, ID and other Western States.Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.Demonstrated track record in attracting, sourcing and selecting top talent.Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a strong ability to lead and manage a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.Previous work experience as an HR Director for a minimum of 10 years, in a progressive leadership role.Master’s Degree in Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or Human Resource.Dental experience a plus.SHRM-SCP certification a plus.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources department.
