Vice President, Compliance & Control II
to join our Financial Crimes Compliance AML Surveillance Transaction Monitoring team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.Responsibilities:
Manage a team of approximately 5 – 10 AML professionals performing financial crimes investigations.Contribute to the assessment and validation of controls for AML processes and procedures to drive compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.Engage with Business and Compliance professionals to identify, capture, and escalate issues to senior management.Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop professional staff to maximize their contributions and support their professional growth.Ensure compliance with the timely execution of transactional investigations and drive quality control standards and performance.Qualifications:
