Client Counseling:

Conduct thorough legal research and prepare essential legal documents such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.Court Representation:

Education:

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a strong background in longshore law.Law Firm Experience:

At least 1-2 years of prior experience working in a law firm, demonstrating the ability to handle a diverse caseload effectively.Legal Research and Writing:

Advanced skills in legal research and document preparation, including drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs.Computer Proficiency:
