This role offers the opportunity to contribute to our continued success by ensuring accurate financial records and supporting our project managers with financial insights.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.Perform job costing analysis and collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets and costs.Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant accounting regulations.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights to support decision-making.Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage 300) and Microsoft Excel.Strong knowledge of GAAP and job costing principles.
