***This position is Remote***Job SummaryThis position is responsible for providing training and implementation of the suite of Henry Schein One eServices to new or existing customers. Professional, timely and effective customer service expectations are met and/or always exceeded. Work toward and assist in the achievement of individual, team, and department goals.What you will doFacilitate remote training calls with new and existing customers using standardized curriculum agendaInstruct offices using prepared curriculum on each topicProvide post training session documentation on related topicsMaintain updated calendarResponsible for excellent time management skills to achieve customer service expectationsMaintain individual utilization and productivity goals as determined by leadershipSchedule follow up sessions or webinars with customers as neededProvide email communication to offices and other team members as requiredAttend and participate in weekly team meetingsDocument sessions within CRM systemWork on several different software platforms to retrieve customer data for monitoringMaintain an average of 75% of work time on phone with customersMaintain a personal CSAT score of 90% or aboveWork with Implementation team members to coordinate Core and eServices training sessionsAssist Support team members to resolve technical issues for customersProvide shadowing opportunities on a limited basisParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as required based on current business needs

QualificationsTypically, 4 or more years of related experience.Typically, High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.Basic understanding of industry practicesStrong time management skills and the ability to prioritize workVery good attention to detail and accuracyCustomer service oriented and ability to work with and resolve complex issuesAbility to plan and arrange activitiesStrong interpersonal communication skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to maintain confidential and highly sensitive informationAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to multi-taskAbility to manage conflictCapacity to work effectively under pressureAnalytical thinkingOversee small to medium sized projectsIdentify and recommend continuous improvement opportunitiesEstablish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organizationPractice management software and services including Henry Schein One solutions experienceProfessional training experienceDental industry experienceProficient with Microsoft Office products

Nice to have:Bachelor's degree preferred.

The posted range for this position is $44,460-$60,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
