Staff Accountant - PE-backed SaaS Co.

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a Private Equity backed SaaS company to identify a Staff Accountant to join their growing team.Why the Staff Accountant opportunity?The Company: Growing SaaS company with nearly $20M in revenue transitioning from an entrepreneurial stage environment to a sophisticated financial organization.The Growth: Profitable company with that grew 25% last year and is forecasted to grow another 20-25% this year.The Opportunity: Reporting to the Controller, the Staff Accountant will focus onThe Commute: Very flexible hybrid commuteFocused on international entities, the Staff Accountant's responsibilities include but are not limited to:Month-end close functions including:Reconciling transactional accounting data

Producing financial statements

Creating journal entries

Quarter-end close functions including:Analyzing reporting from subsidiaries

Writing and reviewing footnotes

Supporting year-end audit

Ad hoc functions to support ME, QE, and YE closeQualifications:Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance, or experience equivalent (4 years of accounting work)3+ years in accounting role which includes month-end close responsibilities, and at least 1 year of experience in international accounting

EU and UK international experience preferred

Proficiency in a major ERP is required, experience with Xero is a major plus#ZRCFS#INSEP2024
