Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Director of Operations to lead and oversee the operations of 30 restaurants with 5 direct reports. As the Restaurant Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in driving performance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing profitability across all locations.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the general managers of each restaurant, ensuring consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures.
Oversee financial performance by analyzing sales, expenses, and profitability metrics, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and cost control.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings, ensuring quality and consistency across all locations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Implement and enforce operational guidelines, including health and safety standards, to guarantee a safe and sanitary environment.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, improve service quality, and foster a positive work culture.
Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance and support to general managers and their teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations in QSR.
Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial results.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
Ability to be able to relocate a plus.
