As the Director of Area Operations, you will oversee multiple restaurant locations within the Louisville area, ensuring optimal performance in all aspects of operations, including guest satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. You will lead and mentor Area Managers, develop strategic initiatives, and work closely with executive leadership to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee operations for multiple restaurant locations in the Louisville area.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, brand standards, and health and safety regulations.
Train, mentor, and support Area Managers to achieve business objectives.
Analyze financial data and reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with corporate leadership to set and achieve key performance goals.
Drive customer satisfaction and ensure a superior guest experience across all locations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7-10 years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of driving operational success and achieving financial targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives.
Willingness to travel within the Louisville area as needed.
