Responsibilities - Auto Sales Manager/GSM
Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management and more.
Hire, train and manage a high-performance sales team
Drive sales and produce results
Desk deals
Manage used car inventory levels and days in stock
Appraise and buy cars
Purchase used cars
Manage certified pre-owned program
Work with Parts & Service Director to shepherd used cars through reconditioning
Coordinate sales of all wholesale vehicles
Order new vehicles
Monitor contracts in transit lists
Qualifications - Auto Sales Manager/GSM:
Auto Sales Manager/GSM experience is required
Strong leadership, sales management, and closing skills
Team builder
Outgoing with excellent communication, presentation and social media skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed
Proficient in computing and quoting sales price
Understands dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
Professional demeanor and appearance
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - before, during and after a sale
Valid driver's license and insurance
