Unique opportunity for a dynamic team leader to help drive the Pre-owned Department at Garber Chevrolet Highland! Our ideal candidate will have prior automotive management experience and possess the ability to manage a large used vehicle inventory and a sales staff of 25.

Must be proficient in all aspects of used vehicle sales, reconditioning, and vehicle acquisition. VAuto experience is required. This position requires a strong work ethic and someone willing to make the sacrifices needed to grow our store to be the #1 volume leader in the area!

Used Vehicle Sales Manager Responsibilities

Work directly with Sales team to develop enriching relationships that improve customer satisfaction and fuel the sales processProvide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing dealsFacilitate regular sales training for continue team growthDemonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performanceEngage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processesDrive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operationsLead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricingInventory control and wholesalingPartner with General Manager plan and run vehicle inventoryAssist in running controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle DepartmentsAnalyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performanceUsed Vehicle Sales Manager Qualifications

Minimum 5 years managing a large volume used vehicle sales operation.
