New Vehicle Sales Manager
to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be honest, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the highest customer service standards. The New Vehicle Sales Manager will manage new vehicle sales processes and achieve vehicle sales goals and profit objectives while leading the sales team to create lifetime customers through each interaction.
Responsibilities
Accurately desks deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes dealsWork directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales processEstablish trust among customers to establish a strong network of clientele and prospectsProvide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing dealsFacilitate regular sales training for continued team growthDemonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales-targeted performanceEngage and motivate the team to achieve critical goals, performance expectations, and standard methodology processesDrive business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operationsLead the negotiation process, ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricingPartner with the General Manager to plan and run vehicle inventoryAssist in running controllable expense elements for the New Vehicle DepartmentsAnalyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performanceRequirements
A minimum of two years of Automotive Sales Management experienceShown success in auto retail salesConfirmed leadership ability to mentor and train othersExcellent communication and customer service skillsPassionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environmentEnthusiastic personality with a high-energy attitudeAbility to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitabilityOrganization and follow-up skillsAuthorized to work in the USAAbility to pass pre-employment background search, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug testMust have a valid driver's license
