Rachel Contracting is a specialty site-work contractor performing earthwork, demolition and utilities primarily in the Midwest/Central US region. Our team welcomes individuals who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering quality workmanship with integrity and professionalism.Responsibilities and Tasks:Emphasize safety as Rachel’s number one value.Market analysis of equipment, auction values, rental pricing.Develop and manage strategic moves and recommendations for company equipment fleet including purchasing, maintaining, sourcing, selling, renting, and tracking utilizing detailed notes and equipment values.Coordinate repair of construction equipment.Administer and manage Fleet Software.Manage equipment numbering, licensing, and DOT inspections.Monitor equipment use for damage and verify that equipment damage is reported utilizing the appropriate incident report documentation.Management and tracking of small tools and attachments.
