Join us in making a significant difference in the lives of our senior community.Role Overview:We seek an energetic and motivated Phone Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is not just about answering calls and gathering information. It's about making a difference in the lives of our seniors. The ideal candidate will be our client's first point of contact, responsible for answering phone calls, conducting initial intakes, and gathering patient information with empathy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct patient intake, including collecting and recording personal and medical information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Please provide information about our services and resources to seniors and their families.
Guide seniors through the process of connecting with the appropriate resources and services.
Maintain and update patient records in our database system.
Work closely with the team to identify ways to improve the intake process.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent and a degree in a relevant field are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare setting is preferred.
Passion for helping others, especially the elderly community.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
