Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-personSchedule client appointments and coordinate intake processesConduct initial screenings and assessments to determine client needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client recordsAssist with billing and insurance verification processesCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless intake processManage client communications from initial call through handoff to the therapistQualifications:Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field (preferred)Previous experience in a mental health or healthcare setting (preferred)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systemsEffectively manage the intake process with a combination of empathy and confidenceSalary:
