is seeking an energetic doctor looking to take their career to the next level as an MDVM! Not currently an MDVM, but interested in becoming one? No problem! Our team has the resources to help an aspiring DVM grow their skill set to become an MDVM! We are committed to progressive and compassionate care of all our patients and the people who love them.About Kettering Animal Hospital:Kettering is a full-service, small-animal practice.We have three DVMs on staff as well as 2 RVTs and 5 assistants.We have a full surgical suite that includes CO2 lasers, Cardell Monitors, cold laser therapy, updated surgical lighting, and digital X-ray machines.Additionally, we can do in-house ultrasounds as well as digital radiographic diagnostics and have an in-house lab.Skills and Basic Qualifications:A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which the applicant is to be employed.Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.Interest or demonstrated experience working in surgical procedures preferred.Our Doctors Enjoy:Continuing education opportunities.Professional growth opportunities including career progression to MDVM.Health, dental, vision, ancillary coverage, and 401k matching.Paid time off and sick time.No emergency hours.Joint venture partnership opportunities.Compensation:Minimum $140k base salary, DOE.This position is eligible for production-based bonuses.
