Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts for Hannah Pet Hospital, a growing chain of veterinary hospitals. This role focuses on selling monthly subscription plans that offer comprehensive veterinary care packages. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, subscription-based sales, and a passion for animal health and welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive subscription plan sales across all veterinary hospital locations.

Identify target markets and create strategies to reach potential customers effectively.

Set sales goals and objectives, and track progress towards achieving them.

Team Leadership:

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Provide ongoing training and development to ensure the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Oversee customer service processes to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service offerings.

Market Analysis and Research:

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas needing improvement.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

Sales Operations:

Oversee the development of sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.

Collaborate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to subscription customers.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including hospital managers, veterinarians, and corporate leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales role, preferably in the healthcare or veterinary industry.

Demonstrated success in selling subscription-based products or services.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.

Passion for animal health and welfare.
