Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to oversee our healthcare facility's clinical operations. The Clinical Director will be responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.Duties
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as CARF.Manage and supervise clinical staff to optimize patient care outcomes.Provide clinical management oversight and guidance to healthcare professionals.Collaborate with other department heads to enhance interdisciplinary communication and coordination.Monitor and evaluate clinical programs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in healthcare management, with a focus on medical management.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in healthcare.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.Hold Independent License (LCSW, LMHC).Job Type : Full-timePay : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits
