A law firm based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a seasoned Commercial Finance Attorney with a robust background in commercial finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in diverse loan transactions. The role requires a blend of expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of working in top-tier environments.Duties:Represent borrowers and lenders in acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, cash flow and asset-based loans, mezzanine financings, and inter-creditor agreements.Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents and agreements.Provide legal advice on complex financial transactions and regulatory compliance.Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for various finance deals.Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.Requirements:Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in commercial finance transactions.Proven experience in representing both borrowers and lenders.Strong background in handling complex loan transactions and financial agreements.Education:JD from a top-tier law school.Certifications:NC Bar admission preferred.Skills:Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze and negotiate complex financial agreements.Proven ability to work in a top-tier law firm environment.
