We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to lead our vibrant team at the Moxy Omaha Downtown. As a key figure in property management, you will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to a fun and inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of property operations, including staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and facilities management.Team Leadership: Manage recruitment, training, and performance, while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding guest service and set high standards for your team.Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, analyze financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.Sales and Marketing: Drive sales efforts and revenue management, and develop effective marketing strategies.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to company and brand standards, maintain certifications, and address any service issues promptly.Safety and Security: Implement and monitor safety procedures for both staff and guests.
Qualifications
Education: College degree or relevant work experience.Experience: At least five years in hotel management, including three years in a leadership role.Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a positive, outgoing attitude.Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with a professional demeanor.
Working Conditions
Ability to travel to other properties with occasional overnight stays.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.Comfortable working in various environments and conditions.
