Job SummaryPerforms an accomplished level of duties in the analysis, evaluation and implementation in one or more areas of compensation including compensation services, compensation administration, incentive systems and international compensation. Analysis involves interpretation of trends, strategies and Dataworks culture. Collaborates with functional management and staff providing professional advice on all compensation matters. Implements diverse human resource development programs and systems designed to create and sustain a performance driven culture for the organization. Leads cross-functional teams on projects of strategic importance and technical complexity.Job Description / ResponsibilitiesEnsures our global total rewards programs are aligned with Dataworks values and strategy while informed by the market.

Analyzes and interprets relevant market data, and develop recommendations for updates to job architecture, salary structures, and benefits offerings; propose salary increase budgets on a global basis and administer all rewards lifecycle actions (job pricing, focal cycle administration, equity refresh cycle, open enrollment).

Prepare policies/procedures to ensure competitive employee compensation.

Evaluate existing pay and benefits practices while providing recommendations and executing plans for change.

Participates in annual salary reviews, bonus reviews, and promotion adjustment reviews.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of labor laws, federal and state local legislations influencing compensation and award programs and ensure programs are current regarding trends, practices and costs.

Build and maintain the systems and process side of total rewards, including rewards Workday configuration and partnership with external solution providers.

Build trusting relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues and employees to develop a deep understanding of the organization's workforce and retention opportunities.

Delivers compensation programs that are well understood and valued by managers and employees; develop comprehensive communications and training materials.

Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to achieve values based hiring and goals in recruitment.

Quickly learn Dataworks business and priorities, and ensure efforts are aligned and support business outcomes.

Stay current updated on current events that may impact our workforce locally and nationally. Bring in new ideas on how to engage and retain employees

Experience working in Workday

Skills / Abilities2+ years professional experience designing and implementing global compensation and award programs

Most ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of benchmarking current salary, designing and implementing compensation and awards programs outside of the US.

Must have the ability to market match job families to industry salary survey data.

Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results

Proven experience demonstrating a bias towards action in driving continuous improvement through project/program management.

Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs

Demonstrated ability to have effective conversations with a variety of audiences while navigating difficult topics

Exceptional stakeholder relationship building, consulting, and influencing capability demonstrated across diverse situations and contexts

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills including statistical analysis and modeling along with experience evaluating and managing online salary management tools.

Ability to develop engaging presentations and strategies using data and visuals.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and with all peer and management levels

Flexible and creative, comfortable with ambiguity, organized and detail oriented.

Thorough understanding of employment law and regulations and possess relevant certifications, such as CCP or PHR

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree /equivalent. Five to Seven (5-7) years' work experience in specifically applicable fields such as: Human Resources, Benefits, Project Management, Information Technology, Analytics, or Business Planning. Engagement of executive level management (officer level) in the above areas required. Strong human relations, organizational / time management, project management, and software development skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present and communicate effectively to executive audiences.Preferred Qualifications:Pay Transparency:

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.Pay:
