Essential Functions

Position Overview -

To manage a team of IT professionals focused on the delivery of large, complex strategic initiative across multiple development teams and with global impacts. Lead strategic IT initiatives; provide updates to all levels of management.

Establish and track KPI's for strategic initiativesCollaborate across Global business and IT teams in order to ensure initiative capabilities are delivered within scope and on scheduleAct as a thought leader in selected technology and business activity domainCoordinate with the Architecture teams to leverage the business architecture blueprints to guide and inform all initiatives (design principles, requirements analysis and management, capability definition and management, business process definition and integration, strategic roadmap definition and alignment, etc.)Demonstrated experience leading the development of scalable solutionsChampion the use of business architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies for strategic initiativesPartner with industry analysts, software vendors and internal stakeholders as necessary to support key initiative deliveryExtensive experience in the development and management of large-scale global initiatives leveraging Scaled Agile Framework practicesExtensive project and program management experiencePreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative degree or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming. Skill in one or more programming languages. If position is in mainframe environment, complex systems experience on IBM operating systems or microprocessors required. Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience. If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required. Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools. Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects.

Pay Transparency:

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay:

U.S. Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month
