THE ROLE

The Manager, HR Technology – Security & Compliance will be responsible for the day-to-day technical support, audit, and maintenance of the security and compliance of our Workday environments. As a Workday expert, the Manager, HR Technology – Security & Compliance will be able to weave any enhancements, new functionality, or changes into our current Workday infrastructure in a holistic way. The Manager, HR Technology – Security & Compliance will carry this same mentality and approach into integrations with all HR, IT, and Finance technologies. Additionally, the Manager, HR Technology – Security & Compliance will set a strong model for all HR Technology staff to follow in relation to work ethic, quality assurance, and attention to detail.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage internal and external auditor requests in accordance with SOC-1, SOC-2, SOX audits.

Oversee the onboarding and integration of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a consistent experience for partners and their employees.

Review and audit EIBs that have been created or submitted to the team to ensure data accuracy before load to Production.

Maintain the highest standards of security administration for all HR technology software/platforms/third-parties.

Partner with internal Compliance teams to ensure Workday’s capabilities and configuration match legislative, regulatory, and internal standards, and requirements.

Check analysts’ work for errors and make recommendations on best practice configuration.

Provide leadership and mentorship to analysts of varying skills and levels.

Partner with internal teams and external vendors to create seamless integrations between Workday and other systems.

Create reports and/or modify existing reports to meet business needs.

Troubleshoot errors raised to the Workday Support Team; serve as a Tier 3 expert when the Tier 1 & 2 support are unable to answer or solve a query.

Create documentation and audit processes.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

5 years (minimum) experience with Workday configuration required!

Workday Certification, a plus; Report Writer training, a must.

Minimum of 2 years management or leadership experience.

Extremely comfortable with EIBs and simple RaaS integrations.

Sees Workday as a tapestry of separate pieces that weave together.

Strong attention to detail; able to spot the needle in the haystack. The word “fastidious” may be used to describe you.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and demonstrate a high level of accuracy while managing a large volume of work.

Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on work assignments with minimal supervision.

Critical thinking skills and an ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Ability to exercise discretion, initiative, and good judgment.

Willing to learn.

The expected compensation for this position is: $104,000.00 USD - $130,000.00 USD.

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
