Tax Manager Responsibilities:Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates.Conduct thorough tax research to support decision-making processes.Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different levels on various client projects.Clearly articulate review notes to guide the development of less experienced team members.Directly engage with clients to address inquiries or provide professional guidance.Tax Manager Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with CCH Axcess and CCH Engagement is a plus!Proficient in tax research, utilizing tools such as Intelliconnect.A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in public accounting, or within a corporate tax department.CPA certification is highly preferred.Firm Benefits and Perks:IRA matching planComprehensive paid time off/vacationCoverage of membership duesContinuing Professional Education opportunitiesExclusive access to the "President's Club"Dental insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSalary: up to
