This role will support the creation of the project strategy and goals by creating, fostering, and maintaining a culture of knowledge sharing, leveraging data/content, and business improvement. This role is necessary to harness relationships between people, process, technology, and using those relationships to create, apply, organize, and transfer knowledge, experience, and expertise to support organizational learning and collaboration.Responsibilities:Possess business management experience and past performance in successfully applying creative problem solving, design thinking, disruptive innovation, process management/design, benchmarking, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, rate of innovation, and related concepts, principles, and practices to a program of similar size and scope.Experience analyzing, innovating, and maintaining conventional office work systems/business processes using Microsoft Office and other authorized software solutions.Possess skills, knowledge, and familiarity with Organizational Behavior, Organization Development or Organization Management.Establish ad hoc and standard reports to stimulate analytics and data affecting decisions.Define and gather business needs.Possess experience in applying performance management/measurement, strategic planning, research and analysis, change management, and behavioral science concepts, principles, and practices.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required.Experience with version control and change management tool(s).Software Configuration Management technology, Information Technology (IT), and/or development experience.Solid proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
