Lord’s Grace Christian Church is a non-denominational Church located in Mountain View, California. We are looking for a full-time Pastor to lead the Millbrae branch, overseeing various aspects of ministry, providing spiritual guidance, and supporting the congregation’s needs.Qualifications:
Master of Divinity degree.Able to preach in Cantonese and carry conversation in Mandarin and English preferred.Over two years of pastoral experience preferred.Over five years of church ministry leadership experience preferred.Gifted in preaching and teaching preferred.Good communication and people skills.Responsibilities:
Deliver sermons regularly at church’s Sunday worship services and at special events.Teach Bible classes on Sundays and seminars for various occasions.Lead Bible studies, discipleship classes, and theological discussions to nurture the spiritual growth of church members.Provide leadership to the small group, prayer, and evangelism ministry.Disciple and raise up leaders and coworkers.Perform pastoral care duties such as counseling, guidance, and support for the congregation; visiting and praying with sick or elderly members; performing wedding ceremonies and funeral services; providing one-on-one mentoring and training to church members; visiting church members and newcomers.Support the Senior Pastor in his administrative and ministry duties and co-work with other members of the ministry team.Engage in evangelistic efforts to reach out to non-believers and share the Gospel message within the Chinese community and beyond.Engage in ongoing theological education, personal development, and spiritual disciplines to deepen knowledge, faith, and maturity as a pastor.How To Apply
