Join us in cultivating the future of agriculture with precision and passion.OverviewWe are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the strategic marketing efforts for our family of brands and B2B services. The Director of Marketing leads our marketing operations, and the successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, shaping B2B messaging and content to support sales, executing event marketing strategies, and driving lead generation initiatives across our ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesYou orchestrate marketing operations.You understand martech systems/integrations.You manage high-functioning external/agency teams.Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with leadership and implement an integrated marketing strategy that combines content marketing, paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media efforts.Shape compelling B2B messaging that effectively communicates Elevated’s value proposition to target audiences.Support our B2B sales and field teams with new collateral.Plan event calendar, oversee our participation and sponsorship of industry conferences, and execute impactful event marketing campaigns.Collaborate with executive leadership on Communications and external PR.Develop case studies, whitepapers, and blog content in collaboration with our website and SEO teams and external resources.Collaborate with the Growth Team to create messaging to help drive lead-generation efforts.Collaborate closely with other Marketing team functions, such as Design and Paid Media, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across our B2B touchpoints.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and tactics and collaborate with the business development team to inform their sales battle cards.Content Oversight: Oversee the creation, distribution, and management of engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms, including blogs, videos, podcasts, and social media.Campaign Management: Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, measuring and analyzing their effectiveness to maximize ROI.Adjust strategies in real-time based on analytics and industry trends.Team Management: Manage a team of marketing professionals, including content creators, SEO specialists, and digital advertisers/agencies.Foster a collaborative environment, provide ongoing feedback, and encourage professional development.Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to various channels and projects.Ensure cost-effective spending that meets strategic goals.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance across channels.Provide regular reports to senior management detailing successes, insights, and opportunities for improvement.Job Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceProven track record of success in B2B marketing roles, preferably within the agriculture or professional services industry.Experience planning and executing events and event marketing campaigns.Self-confident English communicator, comfortable in speaking with and pitching to executive management on the phone, via video conference, or in writing.A self-starting approach and eagerness to learn, grow, and excel in your role.Experience with (or desire to learn) Acumatica ERP.Interest in AI and a basic understanding or experience testing some of the main tools (especially Chat GPT/Copilot).Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.Exceptional communication and organizational skills.Minimum of 7 years’ experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content marketing strategies.CompensationCompetitive base salary - starting at $100k/yr.Performance-Based Bonus.BenefitsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development and training opportunities.Flexible work schedule and remote work options.
