Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

*Description:*
* The CSR takes inbound calls from customers and coordinates with the Dispatch and Scheduling teams to ensure customer orders are met in a timely manager and customer satisfaction remains high.* Customer relations and order taking.* 60 - 80 calls/day* Monitoring the activity of drivers*Qualifications:**Bilingual (Spanish) required**Previous CSR experience (2 years)**Previous Call Center experience (2 years)**Schedule: *M-F 8:30-5pm with a half hour lunch.*Pay: *$22 - $25Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
